Installed at Lincoln Center in New York City as part of the annual Lincoln Center Outdoors Celebration and at The Spruill Art Gallery in Atlanta, Howling and Other Justifiable Acts features pink banners and words from the 1955 Beat Generation poem, «HOWL», by Allen Ginsberg on the 50 anniversary of the poem’s release.
