During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine, CEC Artslink, based in St. Petersburg, Russia, invited alumni to participate in this international public art festival.
The goal was to create work that was accessible while maintaining all health protocol. REMAINING:Treasure of Memory is an exhibition of historic photographs of the departed, collected from the neighbors on my streets. These images were framed and hung on the 8 utility poles on Cedarwoods Way giving the 17 households the opportunity to honor and reflect on the lives of their loved ones while maintaining social distancing.
